Housing &amp; Support Officer - Sutton &amp; Epsom Have you got the passion and resilience to support and empower Transform clients to develop their independence and daily living skills? Housing management activities form part of this role, along with supporting clients daily, to empower them to resolve their problems to reach positive outcomes. Salary - £26,750 per annum plus benefits (prorata for part time ) Location - Sutton &amp; Epsom Team based in Wallington Full time - 37hrs per week (part time hours available ) It is essential that you have a full valid driving licence and use of your own car for business purposes. Successful candidates will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS check. About you You will be reflecting Transform's values in everything you do, as part of our team you will act as a keyworker to named clients, and support clients to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible, whilst ensuring they are safe and able to manage risks appropriately.
