Providing support and housing management services to people in their own homes; you will assist our tenants to develop their skills and to overcome barriers to living independently; using a range of coaching, training and support methods. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive housing advice across a range of options, including private rentals, owner-occupied properties, and social housing allocations. You'll play a key part in preventing homelessness through early intervention, mediation, and proactive casework.
