At Ambitious about Autism, we're currently looking for a Trusts and Foundations Manager to join our Fundraising team. You'll drive the growth of our income from trusts and foundations. You will manage and develop an increasingly diverse portfolio of charitable trusts, foundations and Grantmakers, in the £20,000 - £100,000 funding range. You'll identify and implement new high-value income opportunities, as well as building on and managing existing high-value relationships. You'll develop and submit high quality funding applications, focusing primarily on high-value bids, advising and guiding colleagues on the development of project plans, project budgets and identifying outputs and outcomes. You'll ennsure funders receive the appropriate level of acknowledgement and recognition and feedback on the monitoring of inputs, outputs and outcomes, in line with their specific requirements. To support the Group Head of Partnership Homes and the Head of Partnership Homes South/North in the delivery of Persimmon Homes Affordable Homes Proposition to the Affordable Home Market. Alongside the delivery of commercial offers, you will be expected to assist with managing the forward programme of s106 sites to secure forward delivery of Affordable Home sales. Once firm offers have been secured, you will be required to assist with converting the offers into legally binding Development Agreements between Persimmon and the Registered Provider for the delivery of the s106 affordable housing within agreed target exchange timescales. Primary Responsibilities <ul><li>Assist the GHOPH/HOPH North/South to issue RP tenders to meet the requirements of the Operating Companies to specific deadlines.</li><li>Research relevant Local Authority Affordable Housing Policy, providing concise summaries to determine a suitable affordable housing mix for negotiation with the Local Authority as part of any planning application and layout development.</li><li>Collate necessary information from various sources within the Operating Companies to enable the HOPH to agree HoT's and progress contracts to exchange in a timely manner.</li><li>Regularly engage and build strong relationships with Local Authority Housing Enablers to facilitate negotiation of suitable AH mix and support our Core Values</li><li>Regularly engage with Registered Providers to drive offers for our S.106 homes and support our Core Values</li><li>Review and provide comments regarding Affordable Housing on site layouts and S.10 agreements for discussion with regional land and planning teams.</li><li>Engage and complete an internal training programme delivered by the HOPH</li><li>Support the Head of Partnership Homes, Group Head of Partnership Homes and Group Director of Partnership Homes in building positive and constructive relationships across the Operating Companies.</li><li>Travel as required to attend meetings with Operating Companies, RP's, Local Authorities and any other key Stakeholders.</li></ul>What experience do I need? <ul><li>Good numeracy skills.</li><li>Qualification in subject requiring numeracy such as Business, accounting, science, or mathematics.</li><li>Good negotiation and Influencing skills</li><li>A self-starter with ability to arrange workload in order to meet deadlines.</li><li>Good communication skills both written and verbal.</li><li>Attention to detail.
