Overview Change, Grow, Live services and staff provide wraparound support to rough sleepers and will work directly with emergency accommodation to support the staff with this group of people. The role We are looking for a Supported Housing Team Manager to join our Supporting Independence and Care team. Reporting into the Quality Assurance and Housing Manager you'll lead a team of Housing Assistants and Support Workers. Please note, this is a full time 35 hour permanent role. You will be based at our Newport Office on the Isle of Wight and you need to hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle for business use as you will need to travel across the Island.
