What We're Looking For • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent - see below) • Experience working with children in residential care or similar settings • Ability to manage challenging behaviours and create a nurturing environment • Full UK Driving Licence (Essential) • Fluency in English (with the ability to understand UK dialects) • Minimum Age: 22/23 (in line with regulatory requirements) Alternative Qualifications Considered: If you hold a Level 3 Diploma in Adult Social Care, we will consider your application if you can demonstrate experience working with children. Key Responsibilities • Support young people with emotional and behavioural needs in a residential setting • Act as a positive role model and key worker, helping children develop essential life skills • Promote a nurturing and supportive environment that encourages growth and independence • Contribute to care planning, behaviour management, and safeguarding processes • Support less experienced staff and lead shifts as required Why Join This Organisation?
