Job Description About the role We are looking for a Procurement and SRM Partner to join the Guinness team. This is a permanent, full-time vacancy which is based in either our Oldham, Bower House or London, Euston Road office. We are currently working to a hybrid working style, working 3 days per week in the office and 2 from home. As such, it is a requirement for candidates to be able to work 3 days per week from one of the offices mentioned above. The main purpose of the role is to develop and deliver expert support in procurement and contract management to achieve value for money throughout Guinness. You'll also be able to demonstrate Essential: <ul> <li>Experience of procurement in a service orientated and commercial environment.</li> <li>Experience of adding value and additional commercial benefit through the development of constructive supplier relationships.</li> <li>Experience of managing the complete tendering process.</li> <li>Proven project / programme management experience including ability to manage large scale multiple projects concurrently.</li> <li>Experience of implementing Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators in relation to Contract Management.</li> <li>Excellent knowledge of UK procurement regulatory requirements and risk mitigation strategies.</li> <li>Excellent knowledge and understanding of business management principles including decision making, negotiation, planning, budgeting and projections.</li> <li>Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.</li> <li>Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.</li> <li>Demonstrates the Guinness Behaviours.</li> <li>Demonstrates the Guinness Leadership and Management Standard.</li></ul>Desirable: <ul> <li>Experience of working within a procurement function across a geographically dispersed environment. </li> <li>Proven experience of delivering effective and compliant procurement solutions across a range of asset management and asset compliance functions.</li></ul>Qualifications Essential: <ul> <li>Educated to degree level (or equivalent).</li> <li>MCIPS qualified and/or equivalent.</li></ul>*If your base location is our London, Euston Road office you will receive an additional £6,000 London Job Supplement, making the total yearly salary "£68,201* If you're interested in finding out more about the key responsibilities of the role, please review the role profile.
