This is an opportunity to join the Tenancy Services Team as a GR3 Neighbourhood Officer. This is a vital role within our service as it is providing a visiting service to our tenants. Roles may be based across the city. There are two types of visit to conduct. The first is a Tenancy Visit to complete standard surveys with the tenant about their tenancy and the property. The second is for Tenancy Management reasons in response to a request for service which may relate to antisocial behaviour, abandoned properties, mutual exchanges, unlawful occupiers, etc. Visits are scheduled by an IT system to maximise efficiency.
