If so, we want you to join us as an Operations Manager - Retirement Living and lead the delivery of a high-quality housing management services that meets the needs and aspirations of our Retirement Living customers. You'll oversee the proactive management of our buildings and estates while adopting a landlord-first ethos to address wider housing management issues.Responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:<ul><li>Leading a team of Regional Managers and a Specialist Accommodation Manager to deliver excellent housing management services that are responsive to the needs of our customers.</li><li>Ensuring that tenant voice influence the services that we deliver and how we deliver them, with a focus on driving positive tenant satisfaction.</li><li>Ensuring effective housing management policies and procedures that support tenants facing tenancy-related challenges.</li><li>Overseeing high-quality estate and communal services and building strong relationships with contractors to ensure our buildings remain safe.</li><li>Managing budgets, service charges, and financial performance for your schemes.</li><li>Developing strategies to create balanced, sustainable communities.</li><li>Identifying and mitigating business risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.</li><li>Handling complex tenancy issues, customer complaints, and MP/Councillor enquiries.</li></ul>What're we looking for?
