The Ideal Candidate The successful candidate must have great interpersonal skills, be flexible, and be familiar with the Microsoft suite including MS Teams, Excel and Outlook. You will have experience of arranging meetings and taking minutes and actions, delivering presentations and independently prioritising your workload. We are looking for a dynamic and innovative team player who enjoys supporting others to come and work alongside us in strategic project work across all aspects of Community Safety. Members of the Team are currently working on a hybrid basis, working flexible hours. The option is available to work from BCP Civic Centre, where 'hot desking' operates. The role Building Safety Manager Salary: £61,697 - £64,944 The Role: We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Building Safety Manager to join our existing team. We have recently appointed a new Head of Service and expanded our team to strengthen our work on building safety. You will take the lead on ensuring the buildings in your portfolio remain complaint with the Building Safety Act 2022. This is a key role that will work across the organisation to embed a strong culture of safety and regulatory excellence.
