You will be responsible for the integration, management, and delivery of Building Information Management (BIM) across all the new-build housing projects in Housing Regeneration and Delivery. You will develop and implement complex systems, protocols and processes ensuring the efficient collection, management and dissemination of design, construction and fire safety data and will oversee the transition from construction to business-as-usual operations to provide expertise and assurance on BIM use and data management facilitating maximum value across a building’s lifecycle.You will develop collaborative working relationships across a wide range of other Council departments, external partners and stakeholders and will play a strategic role within the Division in developing professional guidance, providing advice, establishing governance processes, and setting standards to ensure an exemplary level of fire, building safety and construction innovation.You will have a genuine commitment to delivering exemplary housing development and regeneration schemes, as well as a proven track record in working collaboratively with project stakeholders. You will work with the service’ Common Data Environment as first point of contact to ensure the project information contained within it and the flow of that information is consistent and optimised.
