With responsibility for a team of up to 60 staff and extensive contractor resources, you will drive performance, accountability, and innovation across a large-scale, high-profile programme.The remit of this role spans all construction activities through to handover. You will balance technical excellence and financial rigour with outstanding communication and collaboration, ensuring residents are engaged, informed, and empowered throughout the process.We’re looking for a construction professional with significant experience of capital programmes and the complexities of improving and preserving existing housing stock. You will be as comfortable working on listed estates as you are shaping investment in modern developments, with the expertise to safeguard Westminster’s architectural legacy while delivering modern standards and sustainability.Equally important will be your ability to create and inspire a resident-focused workforce – building a culture of pride, care, and professionalism.
