Job Description About The Role As a Mobile Estate Assistant at Guinness, you will be responsible for providing high quality garden services to several of our housing schemes in Havant and the surrounding areas. This is a full-time, permanent position working 35 hours per week Monday - Friday. To provide front of house reception and administrative support for residents including answering queries, diary management, help with correspondence and appointment making, and signposting. Main Duties &amp; Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Deliver front of house administrative support to the management team and to residents</li> <li>Answering telephone calls, scheduling appointments, organising diaries and meetings, booking rooms</li> <li>Undertaking delegated tasks such as generating reports and creating documents</li> <li>Tasks generated by residents including processing payments, electric cards, helping interpret correspondence, making appointments and liaison with the wider team on residents behalf</li> <li>Data entry on IT systems, interrogating systems for data and producing reports</li> <li>Generating and distributing correspondence</li> <li>Support rent arrear, rent collection and payment processes</li> <li>Calmly and efficiently deal with an assesses level of challenging behaviour</li></ul>Person Specification &amp; Key Competencies Qualifications &amp; Experience: <ul> <li>A very good level of computer literacy and experience of using databases</li> <li>Experience of working with young people</li> <li>Experience of working in housing management/services role is desirable</li> <li>An understanding of the issues facing young people.
