Facilities Officer

We are looking to recruit a well organised, self-motivated Housing Needs Panel Co-ordinator to work as part of our busy Housing Needs Panel Team. You will be required to process applications for additional priority on the housing register from a range of applicants including those with disabilities, complex needs and those living in supported housing, hospital and rehabilitation settings. Housing Support Worker

Housing Support Worker We are recruiting for a Full time, permanent position. Salary Starts at £25,115, rises to £26,425 after 12 months and to £27,355 after 24 months (pro rata) Job Purpose To provide intensive housing management support to vulnerable individuals with the intention of delivering a high-quality support programme that promotes client independence; providing a successful and sustainable move on and other measurable outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and expanding supported accommodation project in Sheffield that provide support to offenders or individuals at risk of offending.
