As a Housing Management Officer, you will manage the delivery of high-quality housing services for our clients aged 16 and above. You'll play a vital role in ensuring properties are safe, compliant, and ready for new tenants-coordinating repairs, undertaking inspections, maintaining records, and assisting with tenancy transitions. Typical day as a Housing Manager <ul><li>Be visible and proactive on estates, building strong relationships with out communities.</li><li>Manage multiple patches and neighbourhoods, supported by Community Housing Assistants</li><li>By being visible, engaging with customers, and proactive on our estates, you'll help strengthen communities and improve neighbourhoods</li><li>Tackle anti-social behaviour and respond to customer queries and complaints.</li><li>Oversee the voids process, working closely with local authorities.</li><li>Carry our estate inspections, meet contractors on site, and complete safety and compliance checks.</li></ul>You'll go home each day knowing that you have helped change our customers lives for the better, here, at one of the Top Ten Great Places to Work in the UK!
