You will have an allocated caseload of tenants who you will support for the agreed contractual hours within their accommodation with the aim of supporting them to eventually move onto independent living. This is achieved by completing a support plan and risk assessment with the service user which consists of achievable goals within a realistic timeframe. The service users we support have multiple complex needs and reside in shared and single occupancy accommodation. We take a multi-agency approach to ensure the most comprehensive amount of support is provided for the tenants needs.
