About the Role of a House Manager We are seeking a customer centric House Manager to exemplify the high-quality customer standards that we are renowned for. Our House Manager's key role is to enhance our Homeowner's quality of life and enable them to maintain their independence. This is a diverse role encompassing high level customer service and front of house and facilities management. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a strong community with our homeowners through event coordination, and regular meetings to report company updates and address the priorities of our residents. This is an exciting opportunity to work with those who are vulnerable and homeless, to ensure their safety and wellbeing in the community they live in. You will be part of a dedicated team responsible to ensure those housed by Maninplace across the borough of Telford and Wrekin, feel safe and are safe. As part of this dedicated team, you will be part of the first response to out-of-hours emergencies working with your fellow employees to provide swift and appropriate action. You may also play a part in responding to customer referrals made to the organisation, ensuring customers coming into Maninplace accommodation outside of normal working hours.
