This role Due to growth &amp; an internal promotion, MTVH are recruiting for a skilled and experienced Local Housing Manager who can provide excellent housing &amp; estate services to our rented properties within a defined geographical patch. As our Local Housing Manager, you will be the front facing representative of MTVH, co-ordinating internal &amp; external services to meet the diverse range of needs of our customer base by delivering services both on an individual &amp; local basis to a high standard. We handle both publicly funded (legal aid) and privately funded legal services in homelessness, disrepair, eviction, succession for tenants, neighborhood problems, debt issues and possession proceedings. Our solicitors are highly experienced in finding solutions to housing disputes and aim to address the issues quickly and effectively. The department regularly represents clients at all court levels (including the Higher Courts) and is extensively experienced at handling all housing related judicial review claimant matters at the High Court.
