The role This person will ensure successful delivery of neighbourhood services in our sheltered and Extra Care villages, high levels of performance and delivery of the consumer standards, and ensuring our customers are safe, focusing on tenancy sustainment, support and Customer wellbeing. The role requires agility and flexibility, as the individual will work across three village locations. Job requirements <ul> <li>Making sure our neighbourhood models runs smoothly every day in our Extra Care and Sheltered Villages.</li> <li>Supporting residents to live safely, independently, and comfortably in their homes, and providing great customer service whenever they need it.</li> <li>Carrying out risk assessments pre tenancy and in response to changing needs, including responding to complex housing support needs and giving advice and guidance.</li> <li>Working with the Customer and Neighbourhoods Teams to regularly visit residents, check their telecare equipment, spot any changes in their needs, and refer to outside partners when needed.</li> <li>Working with other teams and contractors to help keep buildings and facilities running smoothly.</li> <li>Leading on new projects, partnerships, and initiatives that benefit residents and the wider community.</li></ul>What we're looking for: <ul> <li>Significant experience in delivering neighbourhood services.</li> <li>Ideally, some experience of delivering in a supported housing environment.</li> <li>A housing-related qualification or the willingness to work towards one as that requirement comes in.</li> <li>Knowledge and experience of housing and the relevant legislation and regulations that apply to housing providers.</li> <li>Experience of giving great customer service with a genuine compassion for people.</li> <li>Be highly motivated and outcome focused, with a level of emotional resilience.</li> <li>Ability to communicate at all levels.</li> <li>Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations.</li> <li>A full UK driving license with the use of your own vehicle.</li> <li>Enhanced DBS required.</li></ul>Help us wave goodbye to stigmas and hello to a new chapter of affordable housing. Sales & Service Coordinator - Social Housing

The role You'll provide support and advice to young people who have experienced homelessness and other forms of social exclusion. You'll work with the team to manage the day-to-day running of the young person's 24/7 supported accommodation scheme and be the first point of contact for customers and visitors. Job requirements <ul> <li>Support customers to move into the service, completing detailed and thorough sign-ups to make sure young people know the rights and responsibilities of themselves and Concrete.</li> <li>Cover all reception tasks including the phone, post and reception enquiries.</li> <li>Support customers to manage their rent and service charge payments, including benefit claims where necessary.</li> <li>Maintain the safety and security of young people and the building by supervising the entrance and exit of the building, and undertaking regular health and safety checks.</li> <li>Arrange appointments for customers, for example with their GP or DWP and accompany them where appropriate. Provide advice to them on housing, health, welfare benefit claims and other issues as necessary.</li> <li>Work with the local community and respond to neighbourhood concerns or queries when needed.</li> <li>Support the service's income through the minimisation of void loss and arrears by reporting, monitoring and following up on maintenance jobs until completion.
