Housing &amp; Support Officer - Guildford Have you got the passion and resilience to support and empower Transform clients to develop their independence and daily living skills? The Role Our Independent Living Advisors provide high quality information, advice and support to both referring Health &amp; Social Care professionals and vulnerable eligible customers who are considering participating in Self Directed Support Schemes, Independent Living Schemes, Personal Health Budgets and self-funded/private clients, over a designated area.
