Job Role: Supported Housing Case Coordinator (Bristol Framework) Salary: £25,235 per year Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours per week Contract type: Permanent Location: Bristol Additional information: <ul><li>On-call (1 in 4 weeks), £105/week when on-call</li></ul>The Role: As a Case Coordinator, you are required to work with the clients to maintain units of accommodation to a high standard of health and safety and work closely with them to establish effective management of personal finances for example, supporting the client to complete benefit claims and budgeting. The Case Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate and timely records of all client interactions and where necessary supporting the Service Manager and Regional manager in reporting to partners and funders.
