Scope of Responsibility To be a member of a multi-disciplined team using holistic approaches to support Depaul service users. Working to a housing-led, low threshold, harm reduction approach, where service users receive a high degree of support and advice. The HHPA Deputy Manager will deliver an efficient and high-quality service to the participants in the Homeless Health Peer Advocacy Programme, evaluate outcomes and support peer-led initiatives. This role will oversee the line management of the Homeless Health Peer Advocacy Service which includes the support and supervision to the Peer Advocates. Key Areas of Responsibility GENERAL MANAGEMENT The Deputy Manager will support the Manager in the efficient, effective management of the project, and will work within the principle of harm reduction with a peer led viewpoint. The Role Our Independent Living Advisors provide high quality information, advice and support to both referring Health &amp; Social Care professionals and vulnerable eligible customers who are considering participating in Self Directed Support Schemes, Independent Living Schemes, Personal Health Budgets and self-funded/private clients, over a designated area.
