Job Introduction We currently have exciting opportunities for Learning and Development Advisor to join the team in Thetford. The hours of work are Monday - Friday 0800 - 1600. The rate of pay is £16.40 per hour (+10% night shift allowance between 10pm - 6am) Main Responsibility <ul><li>Develop compliance training documents in partnership with other departments </li><li>Identify and co-ordinate compliance training as and when required</li><li>Assist in the development and delivery of compliance training on site</li><li>Deliver shop floor training as necessary.</li></ul>The Ideal Candidate Our ideal Learning and Development Advisor will have experience of working in a similar training/Learning and Development function and will be comfortable delivering training to staff from a variety of backgrounds. Ideally you would have an understanding of Food Safety, HACCP and IOSH. In addition, you will also have a 'Train the Trainer' qualification. You will have excellent communication skills and will be comfortable working independently, managing your own workload accordingly.
