About the Role The Learning and Development Officer/Specialist role is a pivotal position in the development of all G4S PTS staff. This role will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs covering Inductions, continuing professional development and programs designed to support other areas of the G4S network. Experts in their field, such as L&amp;D specialists, may sometimes be requested to provide additional support to staff. As an experienced Learning and Development Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that the training delivery meets high-quality standards to ensure we equip our staff with the necessary knowledge and skills to provide excellent service, safety, and a patient centred approach to service users across the G4S Patient Transport Services contract.
