Apply Your next role This challenging role will see you working within a team to provide Sheltered Housing services at a number of sites following recent changes to our model of service delivery. You will share our passion by ensuring our residents receive the highest service standards. The post holder will deliver all aspects of support from daily welfare calls, liaising with health practitioners, social care providers and families regarding residents' needs and areas of safeguarding concern. You will have the ability to make and keep accurate records and work with other professionals. You will also manage the health and safety aspects of the buildings and liaise with contactors and repairs teams. Key to this role is your ability to respond promptly and effectively to any emergency that may arise, such as fire alarms and residents who become unwell or require medical assistance. In adverse weather you will be required to grit footpaths and public areas. Along with experience of working within a sheltered/supported/care environment or other housing related field, you will have a good standard of literacy and numeracy, as well as excellent communication skills. You will need knowledge of basic IT systems such as Outlook, Word and Microsoft Teams. We are on the lookout for a talented and dynamic Community Manager to play a key role within our gaming communities and propel our presence on social media platforms. Working within our Marketing department as part of the Community Management team, this role will develop and execute social media and community plans for Rebellion's games, with each Community Manager focusing on one franchise, whilst supporting on others. The Rebellion Community team is a vital link between the players and our development teams, providing the much-needed day-to-day communications to achieve high-levels of sentiment and information flow. This role is based at our riverside headquarters in Oxford, offering a creative and relaxed atmosphere where teamwork drives our success.
