Estates Coordinator

The job itself We have an exciting opportunity to join the Housing Services Section on a part time basis in delivering front line services to the public. This is a time of change for Social Housing Providers which will involve changes in the services offered and the interaction with customers. We are looking for a person who is not only keen to manage on a day-to-day basis a patch of approximately 300 council properties, but also is keen to develop resident involvement and the housing service within the area.
