Contract: Bank / Flexible Hours
Pay: £13.45 per hour

ICare Group is seeking caring, reliable, and flexible individuals to join our Independent Living team in Sefton (L30) on a bank basis.
This role is ideal for someone who is looking for flexible work and is happy to pick up shifts to cover annual leave, sickness, and additional service needs. While hours are not guaranteed, we are looking for team members who can be available at short notice and are keen to work when shifts become available.

What You'll Be Doing
A caring and compassionate nature
A positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Reliability and a strong work ethic
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
Willingness to pick up bank shifts to cover holidays, sickness, and service demands
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check
Previous care experience is desirable but not essential as full training is provided.

- Supporting residents with personal care and daily living activities
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Carrying out wellbeing and welfare checks
- Supporting residents to maintain their independence
- Maintaining accurate records and following care plans
- Working as part of a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care
