Our team deliver intensive housing management services to our tenants include -

Personal support

• Assistance with claiming welfare benefits including housing benefit
• Assistance with other agencies involved in care and welfare
• Advising on neighbour relationships and helping to resolve conflicts

Housing support

• Working with partner agencies to maintain our homes to an excellent standard
• Working with partner agencies to maintaining the safety of our homes
• Advice on adaptations and other assistive technologies
• Arranging for contractors to carry out repair works
• Providing assistance to our tenants with reporting repairs to their homes and managing their tenancies
• Providing and maintaining household appliances
• Grounds maintenance service
