We have a fantastic new vacancy for Accommodation Assistant to join our team in Clayton Hotel Manchester City Centre.

Objective of the Role
Reporting to the Accommodation Manager, the Accommodation Assistant will execute housekeeping duties for the hotel including preparing rooms for guests and ensuring our general areas are maintained to the highest standard.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare rooms and general areas to the highest Dalata standards
- Cleaning guest rooms and corridors as required ensuring time deadlines are adhered to.
- Following cleaning schedules and complying with health and safety regulations.
- Providing excellent customer service to our residents
- Continuously checking for any damage, faults, or defects and reporting to management and maintenance
- Experience in housekeeping and cleaning is desired
- Customer focus- making our guests feel comfortable and at ease
- Flexibility- being able to adapt to situations
- Excellent Time Management- being able to complete a set number of departures and stayovers each day
- Attention to detail- Ensuring our spaces are clean and meet hygiene standards
