We have an exciting opportunity to join the Operations Team within Accommodation Services as an Accommodation Assistant, helping to provide an effective and efficient administration service, ensuring that best practice is followed at all times.

The department provides support to the University's accommodation portfolio of approximately 4400 rooms over 7 accommodation developments. Part of the role will involve assisting with the creation of supporting information for Health & Safety compliance routines, and monitoring student communications in respect of the department's Code of Conduct process. You will also be responsible for liaising with a number of teams across the division to ensure excellent administrative support to the Health & Safety compliance routines within our Student Accommodation.

This role has a focus on providing excellent administrative support to staff within the department and to colleagues across the University. You will be expected to establish effective working relationships, be able to use your own initiative, be highly organised, and have the skills to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.

As one of the largest employers in the city, the University of Lincoln offers exciting career opportunities with the chance to grow and develop to reach your full potential. We also offer a wide range of staff benefits, including a generous annual leave allowance of 30 days per year pro rata (plus an additional 14 bank holiday and concessionary days), progressive pay rates, access to discounts at popular stores and more. This is a great opportunity to start your career at the University.

If you have excellent customer care skills and you are passionate about enhancing the student experience, we'd like to hear from you.
