Our service gives young people experiencing homelessness a housing solution. Offering housing related support to assist our service users to move into their own tenancy and gain independence. Our motivation is to ensure we equip these individuals with the knowledge and tools they need to live independently. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to make a difference to the people we support.

Day to Day Duties:

  • Being the first point of contact for our clients and visitors being based in the reception area of the scheme
  • Co ordinating and managing ongoing maintenance
  • Managing the referrals that come in via Gateway system
  • Raising orders for procuring items
  • Creating reports as requested by your manager
  • Telephone and reception duties
  • Planning and organising meetings and events
  • Establishing and maintaining client records including filing and archiving to ensure the smooth running of the service
  • Building, fire compliance - Legionella
  • Ensuring rent accounts and tenancy contracts are accurate & up-to-date

  • For this role you will require an Enhanced DBS check, which we pay for.
