Accommodation Co-ordinator

Location: University of East Anglia International Study Centre

Salary: From£27,799 annual, depending on experience

Band C

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time

We are looking for an Accommodation Co-ordinator to support the day-to-day administration and coordination of student accommodation. This role plays an important part in ensuring students have a smooth arrival experience and a well organised, supportive living environment throughout their studies.

Working closely with the Director of Support Services, the ISC Support Services team and the UEA Accommodation team, you will coordinate accommodation bookings, arrivals and departures, maintain accurate records, and respond to accommodation enquiries from students and colleagues. You will liaise with accommodation providers to resolve issues such as room changes or maintenance requests, support busy arrival periods and summer programmes, and help ensure accommodation processes run efficiently and in line with safeguarding and data protection requirements.

The role requires someone who is highly organised, detail focused and comfortable managing a range of administrative tasks in a busy student-facing environment. You will also help ensure students are directed to the right support services when needed, contributing to a positive and supportive student experience.
