Are you ready to lead and inspire? As an Accommodation Manager, you'll be at the heart of our vibrant student and keyworker communities. You'll manage and upskill a dynamic team, provide top-notch support, and travel between our exciting sites.
Your role will include:
Working closely with our surveying team, you'll oversee repairs and maintain optimal stock levels. Compliance with health and safety regulations is a must, and you'll embed a performance-driven culture while managing relationships with the NHS and universities.

You must possess a full clean UK driving license with access to your own vehicle !

- Crafting and managing the annual site budget
- Keeping financial records in check
- Maximizing income by managing rent arrears and supporting residents
Working closely with our surveying team, you'll oversee repairs and maintain optimal stock levels. Compliance with health and safety regulations is a must, and you'll embed a performance-driven culture while managing relationships with the NHS and universities.

You must possess a full clean UK driving license with access to your own vehicle !
What you'll have
- Strong Management skills and experience.
- Understanding of NHS hospital Key Worker accommodation services or similar, including best practice, the regulatory framework and relevant legislation within which Registered Providers operate.
- Knowledge of IT systems for the management of residential lettings, customer contacts, property management and compliance.
- Understanding health and safety and compliance in a residential setting.
- Strong Budget management skills
- Customer focussed
