The Person:

• Exceptional team management and coordination skills
• Confident communicator
• A hands-on, problem-solving approach with the ability to thrive under pressure
• Clear understanding of health & safety, safeguarding, and compliance responsibilities
• A high level of attention to detail

The Role:

• To lead the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department
• Recruit, train and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver a high standard of service
• Monitor occupancy levels and bookings, as well as ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and presentation throughout the rooms
• Handle guest queries in a professional and timely manner
• Manage budgets, stock control and the ordering of supplies
