Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and organised individual, who thrives in working in a small specialist adult mental health team, to join Southampton's Mental Health Homeless Healthcare service.
You will have excellent organisational skills, enabling you to assist with clinical and clerical documentation, and ensure the service runs smoothly. Attention to detail, taking initiative and an enthusiastic attitude will serve you well.
You will be working as a team player, demonstrating excellent communication skills when liaising with patients, professionals, partner agencies and other teams within the Southampton Division.

Main duties of the job
Work using I.T systems to ensure referrals/ discharge points are recorded, clinical documents uploaded and audits are produced.
General office duties, filing, organising, submitting orders, taking delivery of equipment, answering the telephone, managing the team inbox and responding to queries and directing these as appropriate.
Inform the Team Leader of any urgent matters requiring attention.
Maintain personnel records as instructed by the Team Leader/ Service Manager.
Joint multidisciplinary meetings and maintain records of the minutes and other meetings as requested by practitioners.
