We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Asset Surveyor to join our Assets & Compliance Team. As an Asset Surveyor, you will play a vital role in helping us provide safe, high-quality and sustainable homes while supporting long-term investment planning and energy efficiency improvements across our housing stock.

About the role
As an Asset Surveyor, you will undertake stock condition surveys, energy efficiency assessments, WHQS surveys and other property inspections to support our Asset Management Strategy. You will accurately collect and maintain property data, helping to shape future investment programmes and improve customer outcomes.
The Asset Surveyor will work closely with tenants, contractors and colleagues to provide technical advice, monitor property works and support projects aimed at reducing fuel poverty and improving energy efficiency. You'll also carry out pre-works, work-in-progress and post-completion inspections to ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to the highest standards.

You'll be confident working independently, managing your own workload and making informed decisions, while also being a collaborative team player who shares knowledge and supports others.

* £41,035 annual salary dependent on experience (includes of a market supplement of £2,335)

- Pay: £38,700-£41,035* annual salary dependent on experience
- Contract: Permanent, 35 hours, Monday to Friday
- Location: Swansea base - hybrid.
- Full UK Driving Licence required and access to a vehicle.
