Job summary
To provide an efficient and effective administrative Service within the Homeless Health Exchange. To provide an administrative and secretarial service to the Practice and the practice manager. To cover reception, in times of absence
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be responsible for supporting the provision of an established administrative and secretarial service within the homeless health exchange. The post holder will also be responsible for supporting the team of professionals engaged in providing treatment to homeless service users with Substance Misuse, Physical and / or Mental Health related problems.
Reliable data entry into the Emis computer system will be required ensuring a full & effective clinic system is in operation, receiving all visitors, Staff & Patients & telephone calls in a polite, friendly & courteous manner.
