We’re currently recruiting for a System and Process Lead to join our Property Services team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with hands-on experience with CRM or business systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics).

Raven is here to make a difference, working as a team to build homes and change lives. We’re also ambitious: a sector-leader in carbon reduction, with commercial ventures and a focus on the future. But it’s not just what we do, it’s how we do it that sets us apart from other organisations and helps us create a great experience for our customers and one another.

  • We Put Customers First in everything we do.
  • We will Always Be Curious about how we can do better.
  • We work together to Make It Happen.

What you’ll achieve in the role:

You’ll enable operational excellence by championing best practice and driving continuous improvement. This includes:

  • Acting as first-line support for system issues, triaging and resolving user queries.
  • Identifying and prioritising system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Delivering training and coaching to build user capability and confidence.
  • Maintaining system documentation and user guides.
  • Monitoring data quality and compliance, ensuring accurate records and adherence to governance standards.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to optimise processes and improve service delivery.

What you’ll bring to Raven:

For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:

  • Strong understanding of business operations and how systems can improve service delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM or business systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Ability to create and deliver training materials and workshops.
  • Proven analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
  • Solid data literacy and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear, adaptable communication style for diverse audiences.

Please review the job description and Raven Strengths Matrix for full criteria details.

You will also share our values: earning trust by being open and accountable, listening with an open mind, working collaboratively, and caring about making things better.

DBS clearance will be required for this role.

Vacancy Close Date: 26th January 2026
