What Will You Be Doing?
As a Care Support Worker, you'll support people within our Independent Living service to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.
No two days are the same, but your role may include:
Supporting residents with personal care and daily living activities
Providing companionship and emotional support
Carrying out wellbeing and welfare checks
Encouraging independence, confidence and choice
Supporting individuals with daily routines and activities
Maintaining accurate records and following care plans
Promoting dignity, wellbeing and person-centred support
Working as part of a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care
Most importantly, you'll help people maintain their independence and enjoy the best possible quality of life.

Able to pick up shifts at short notice when required

Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
A flexible approach to working hours and service needs
