Housing Support Worker We are recruiting for a full time position Salary Starts at £25,115, rises to £26,425 after 12 months and to £27,355 after 24 months (pro rata) Job Purpose To provide intensive housing management support to vulnerable individuals with the intention of delivering a high-quality support programme that promotes client independence; providing a successful and sustainable move on and other measurable outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and expanding supported accommodation project in Sheffield.
