We have a fantastic opportunity to join West Midlands Trains as our Community Engagement Manager.
This role is critical to the delivery of our station adoption programme and community projects across our network.
You'll work directly with our Community Strategy Manager, volunteers and industry partners to support the development and delivery of projects that support our community strategy, including enhancing our stations, youth engagement, safety and wellbeing and supporting our White Ribbon accreditation.
You'll also manage our successful Customer and Communities Improvement Fund, judging applications and working collaboratively with community groups and internal colleagues to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
As part of the wider External Communications and Engagement Team, there will be opportunity to engage with external stakeholders and promote our community activity. You'll also manage our community social media accounts, ensuring maximum visibility of the work we do.
