Job Title: Community Engagement Manager

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000

Contract Type: Permanent

Line Manager: Community Development Manager

Role Summary: The role will be responsible for managing a wide range of Community programmes, through football, padel and sport. This Includes the coordination of holiday and weekly courses for adults and children, as well as leading the Foundation's new padel provision.

Knowledge, skills and experience - essential
  • Experience and knowledge of working within a community or football environment
  • Minimum Level 2 sports/coaching qualification
  • Knowledge and understanding of health and safety, safeguarding & risk assessments.
  • Experience in organising and facilitating workshops, weekly sessions and large engagement events
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proven track record of managing projects, achieving budgets & targets
Knowledge, skills and experience - desirable
  • Understanding of Padel gameplay, rules and scoring systems.
  • Experience in working with participants aged 2-12 in a sports-based environment
  • Knowledge of the Foundation and the Community courses currently being delivered
