Triathlon Scotland is looking to recruit a Community Engagement Officer to play a key role in growing participation in swim, bike and run activities across Scotland. The role focuses on building strong relationships with clubs, partners, and communities; driving awareness of inclusive opportunities; and supporting the development of welcoming, accessible pathways into triathlon.
This is a forward-facing, hands-on role requiring creativity, initiative, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within the development team.
