The role
We are currently recruiting for a Community Manager for our Park Central West property. This role is critical to the development and success of this product and will be responsible for the profitable operation of the apartment community, while providing excellent customer service and asset prevention and enhancement.

The role
We are currently recruiting for a Community Manager for our Park Central West property. This role is critical to the development and success of this product and will be responsible for the profitable operation of the apartment community, while providing excellent customer service and asset prevention and enhancement.
What will you do?
- Complete Monthly Marketing Survey. Have complete understanding of all competing rents in the market.
- Build a vibrant, safe and welcoming community our residents enjoy being a part of.
- Employ qualified associates for all positions at the community.
- Supervise activities of Leasing Consultants.
- Review and approve or deny applications for residency
- Implement a professional and courteous attitude throughout all property operations
- Conduct thorough move-in orientation and apartment inspection with new residents
- Ensure compliance with Community Policies and lease agreements.
- Refer all liability claims. Legal complaints, or violations to Head of Build to Rent, International Operations immediately.
- Monitor community for compliance to all Fair housing, Fair Employment and ADA laws.
- Communicate on a weekly basis to various stakeholders.
- Process SODA's
- Produce management reports as scheduled.
- Preparation of budgets and management plans.
- Maintain company database on a daily basis.
- Proven block management / residential property management experience.
- Experience in either a business operations role, and/or knowledge of the property management industry, and property management principles and relevant legislation.
- Motivational team leader with experience delivering exceptional customer service
- Results focused.
- Excellent communication and organising skills including the ability to concurrently manage multiple tasks involving varied stakeholder groups.
