MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with the Head of Community to define and implement the organic social strategy across multiple platforms.
- Oversee and manage the creation of organic social content, ensuring it is consistent with brand tone and style.
- Create culturally relevant, engaging, editorial and written social content that aligns with marketing campaigns, and the community's interests and needs.
- Interact with followers across our platforms, respond to comments and engage in conversations to build a strong, active community.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the brands community through engagement, partnerships and collaborations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and community conversations. Identify opportunities for the brand to join trending conversations and grow its presence.
- Identify social talent and work closely with the PR & Talent team to ensure the right brand ambassadors, influencers and key community members are selected for social content.
- Coordinate and create social-first community content and activities related to product launches, marketing campaigns and brand events, ensuring alignment with the commercial calendar.
- Track, analyse and report on community growth, engagement metrics and the effectiveness of community-focused initiatives.
- Act as the first defence line in potential social media crises or negative feedback.
- Work closely with the digital, content, design and wider marketing team to ensure community feedback and insights inform the overall marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with the digital performance team on boosted media opportunities.
- Minimum of 6 years experience working in a fashion or youth culture social media role.
- Experience as a line manager and managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent knowledge of the social media landscape with proven experience managing content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Highly skilled in social media management and social listening tools.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, busy business with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent written English.
