About the Role

As a Community Manager, you'll be responsible for creating, improving and maintaining content to achieve our business goals. Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with demonstrable creative writing skills, high knowledge in social media, customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience.

As a Community Manager, you should perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented. If you are also an expert in content optimization and brand consistency, we would like to meet you.

Responsibilities:
  • Post content on different social media platforms.
  • Community management.
  • Create and supervise engaging social media content.
  • Edit, proofread and improve writers' posts.
  • Translate copy into local language and draft engaging copy from scratch.
  • Optimise the social media content style.
  • Respond to users in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with the Project Managers, Content Managers, and Designers.
  • Collaborate with content managers to develop local content ideas and with the data team to identify insights and learnings.
  • Identify local trends that could be content opportunities for the brand.
  • Provide community feedback to the management and stakeholders.
About You
The essentials:
  • Proven work experience as a Community Manager or similar role.
  • Work experience in copywriting.
  • High level of English.
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs.
  • Excellent writing and content skills.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management.
  • Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver.
  • Good organization and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Team player with strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
