- proactively work to understand the needs of customers and the safeguarding and vulnerabilities that may arise whilst delivering the job
- manage and prepare cases for court proceedings and update regularly on their position as well as being a leading officer regarding high level ASB. '>work closely with customers to develop strong relationships with local communities, and positive and collaborative relationships with key agencies and internal teams. '>Work with other teams and stakeholders to really help customers be involved in our service delivery. '>To manage ASB cases, supporting victims and seeking enforcement remedies where appropriate. Negotiate and mediate low level neighbour disputes.
