About you
Join us as a Customer success advisor and play a key role in shaping the way our members and customers engage with CIH. You’ll be the first point of contact across phone, email and webchat, delivering a first‑class service and acting as a true ambassador for our brand.
Every interaction is an opportunity to build relationships, promote the value of CIH membership, and guide customers towards the products, services and training that support their professional growth. With a focus on first‑time resolution, you’ll work confidently and proactively to achieve outstanding outcomes and high levels of satisfaction.
In this dynamic role, you’ll influence member conversions, support commercial growth across all departments, and contribute to marketing campaigns through targeted follow‑up activity. You’ll also gather valuable customer insight, spotting trends and sharing feedback that helps shape future CIH products and services.

Salary range
