We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our Housing Management team. The post holder will be working with a mixture of introductory and secure tenants and the duties include:

General tenancy and estate management, including estate and flat inspections, within a geographic area.

Low level tenancy enforcement and management of casework within a geographic area.

Dealing with progression of empty properties.

Arranging viewings and signing up new tenants.

Get involved with customer consultation.

Project work.

Making referrals to, and working with, partners and other organisations to resolve estate and tenancy management issues.

Safeguarding.

You will maintain a high-quality customer service focus in all aspects of the role ensuring that inspections are completed within the procedural time frames and that casework is managed and progressed efficiently. You will be able to work on your own or as part of a team in a fast paced environment. You will have excellent negotiation skills, be organised and motivated.
