YMCA Thames Gateway Group is seeking a Director of Housing to spearhead our work in providing a home and personalised support services for those that need a fresh start in life.
We seek a Director of Housing to join our outstanding executive team, to take a lead in ensuring that our work continues to support young people to belong, contribute and thrive in their local communities.
We are looking for a strategic leader of people who is committed to improving the lives of young people and those at risk of homelessness and:
• has strong senior management experience, gained in a social-minded, housing-related association, business or charitable setting
• knows what 'good' looks like in housing services and is able to deliver it
• has strong commercial and financial acumen
• brings experience of leading high-performing, multi-disciplined teams.
The Director of Housing will work across all YMCA Thames Gateway Group sites in Essex, London and Kent. There is also flexibility offered around home working as and when appropriate.
