About the Role
As a senior leader and key adviser to the Chief Executive, Cabinet, and Corporate Management Team, you will shape and deliver a housing vision that reflects the borough's aspirations and challenges. You'll drive innovation across homelessness prevention, housing management, tenant engagement, and resettlement - underpinned by strong governance, digital transformation, and resident experience.

- Homelessness prevention, temporary accommodation, and support
- Housing management and landlord services
- Tenant participation and community engagement
- Lettings, allocations, leases, and waiting list management
- Occupational therapy and housing adaptations
- Resettlement and migration services
- A transformational housing leader with experience in delivering statutory and strategic housing functions
- A deep understanding of homelessness, housing need, and the regulatory framework
- A proven ability to innovate service delivery through digital, structural, and cultural change
- An inclusive and empowering leadership style, able to build high-performing, customer-first teams
- Financial and performance acumen to manage complex budgets and drive value for money
- A partnership builder with strong networks and the ability to influence across sectors and systems
