About you
If you’re looking for a varied and stimulating role where you can make a difference to people’s lives, then we have an exciting opportunity as we’re looking for a new colleague to join our fantastic member engagement team, supporting our work in Scotland.
As our membership engagement lead, you will
- Drive membership retention and growth across Scotland, supporting CIH’s corporate objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with housing organisations and partners, ensuring CIH’s products and services are widely known and meet the needs of the sector.
- Collaborate with member groups and networks to identify and develop opportunities to enhance our services, including local events, webinars, and other engagement activities.
- Act as a key point of contact between CIH and its members in Scotland — sharing updates, gathering feedback, and championing member interests.
You’ll be a confident communicator and relationship-builder, passionate about delivering excellent service. Proactive and highly organised, you approach challenges with a positive, ‘can do’ attitude and thrive in a flexible, collaborative team environment.

Salary range
- £34,608 - £39,690 per year
