In this role you will provide good customer service throughout a customer's journey, creating an active, open, honest, safe and vibrant community. You will work alongside the current Estate Officer to maintain standards of cleanliness, repair and maintenance work required. You will report all concerns regarding building maintenance, repairs and liaise with the customer hub to ensure all repairs are completed within target date.
You will also ensure a clean, safe and welcoming environment for customers, visitors and staff. You will be responsible for all Health and Safety.

To be successful in this role you will have a good administration background and possess excellent customer service skills. With a 'Can do' approach to tasks you will have the ability to work under pressure and unsupervised as well as being able to contribute to a good team working environment. You will also need to be computer literate.
You will have the ability to be empathetic with our customers and their situations when necessary and will take a pro-active approach to problem solving.
At Places for People, we prioritise our dedication to safer recruitment. Therefore, an Enhanced DBS check is mandatory for this position.
